Letter, handwritten in black ink. Letterhead features a pair of fabric-cutting shears underneath "The Fashion Cutting Office", and above "David Ewen (25 Years a Cutter), Instructor". Lessons in cutting ladies' and men's garments are advertised either side of the shears.
