Letter from John Rogan, director of Kozminsky, to F Rogan, Town Clerk, regarding correspondence about the furnishings of Cook's Cottage, and correspondence with the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. That these men have the same surname is a coincidence that the Director feels should be spelled out to those in London.
