Physical description

Letter, typewritten in black ink. Letterhead, top right, in blue ink features "Austcare" in blue block letters, with the assertion "Australia cares for refugees". Below this is a photographic image, in blue ink, of a elderly Vietnamese woman carrying a baby on her back. Letterhead also features a list of patrons, including the Governor-General, the Prime Minister, the Governor of Victoria, and the Victorian Premier, the Anglican Primate of Victoria, the Catholic Archbishop of Victoria, and the Lord Mayor of Melbourne. Along the bottom of the page (footer) is a list of member bodies, including many religious and social groups.
