Letter from the Director/Secretary of the Lord Mayor's Fund, R. Rhoades, thanking the Lord Mayor Maurice Nathan and his wife Lady Nathan for their support of the Fund over his time in office, and wishing the pair the best for the future.

Letter, typewritten in black ink. Letterhead, top left, features a black-and-white image of Town Hall on Swanston Street, overwritten with "Lord Mayor's Fund" in bold red capitals. To the right is the crest of Melbourne in red, and the legend "Town Hall Melbourne" in black. In the centre is the legend "For Metropolitan Hospitals and Charities--incorporated 1930".
