Letter from Luna Park's Advertising Manager requesting permission for two advertising wagons and bands to pass through the city's streets publicising the forthcoming opening of Luna Park on 30 November 1918. Handwritten note in red ink in top left advises that such a display would be in breach of city by-laws and cannot be permitted.
