Description

Letter of congratulations to the Lord Mayor, Maurice Nathan, on his re-appointment to office from Honorary Secretary of the British Commonwealth Day Movement Lynda Campbell. The letter also thanks the Lord Mayor for his continued interest in the Movement, of which he is President and Treasurer.

Physical description

Letter, typewritten in black ink. Letterhead in bold blue capitals reads "British Commonwealth Day Movement", while underneath, in very small capitals, is the parenthetical remark "Formerly Empire Day Movement". The whole is surmounted by a red and blue image of the Union Jack.
