This voluntary organisation was founded in the 1950s to assist displaced older workers to return to employment. It has developed to become a national self-help movement with a focus on enhancing the lives of older people. In addition to offering assistance with re-employment, it also conducts financial management and lifestyle-planning programs for people approaching retirement and acts as an advocate for the aged.
