Little Bourke Place

Little Bourke Place is a dead-end street opening to Little Bourke Street between Exhibition and Spring streets. In 1891, Little Bourke Place had five vacant allotments and four residents. In 1920, only Maurice Collins lived in the place. By 1930, the Great Western Hotel, dining rooms, a butcher and a Chinese laundry were located in Little Bourke Place.
