Belman Place

Belman Place leads east off Russell Street, south of Lonsdale Street. In 1920, it contained the Finlay and Rogerson motor exchange. In 2008 it was contained by the buildings of the Mantra-on-Russell, a luxury hotel and apartment complex. It is primarily a service access way, essentially storing the garbage bins of the hotel and providing vehicle access.
