Mornane Place

Mornane Place is a dead-end off Exhibition Street between Bourke and Little Bourke streets. In 1910, the Clare Castle hotel, a wine café and tearooms were located in Mornane Place. The Athletic Club and Taxi Cab Company were also located in the place. By 1920, Mornane Place was also home to a wholesale store run by Evan Rees.
