Letter, handwritten in black ink, marked "Personal". Letterhead in black ink on the top left features "The Civil Service Co-Operative Society of Victoria Ltd" in a gothic caligraphic crest. Down the left-hand margin are listed all of the departments available, including groceries, tobacco, school requisites and ironmongery among others.
