Stevenson Lane

Located between Swanston and Russell streets, Stevenson Lane forms a horseshoe shape west of Tattersalls Lane, which runs from Lonsdale Street to Little Bourke Street. It was named in the latter decades of the twentieth century and in 2002-2003, hosted Endra Che-Kahn and Marco Mattucci's art installation 'Safe Between Us' as was part of the City of Melbourne's Laneway Commissions program.
