Description

Letter from Hotham Town Clerk Charles Randall to Acting Melbourne Town Clerk S Masters, requesting that maintenance for Victoria and Elizabeth Streets be paid for from a joint account of the two Councils, as was previously agreed to. The City Surveyor had requested the Town of Hotham to do it, but Randall believes that it was agreed that both Councils would share the maintenance of these streets.
